Quanto is a VC-backed pre-seed startup redefining bookkeeping with AI-powered automation. We are building the second brain for accountants. To help streamline knowledge sharing and financial data analysis. Our vision is to help accountants automate more of their job using AI powered solutions.

We’re backed by top institutional VCs in San Francisco and Toronto, including Flair Ventures, Good News Ventures, Scale Shift Ventures, and Sterling Road.

We’re on track to raise our Seed round in early Q1 2026.

How are we trying to change the world?

Business owners are the backbone of the economy, yet many fail due to a lack of timely financial insights. Traditionally, they rely on accountants, but the industry is in crisis:

With rising fees and a shrinking workforce, many businesses can no longer afford professional bookkeeping or are left without support altogether.

We’re solving this by building AI Agents that automate bookkeeping, giving business owners the financial clarity they need to make smarter decisions.

We’re already working with 15+ accounting firms and e-commerce businesses, and we’re looking for someone to help us tackle hard but fulfilling technical data challenges.

Who will you be working with?

We’re a tight-knit team of five.

Our Story

We grew up hearing stories of how the internet boom was the most exciting time to build. We were too young then and thought we had missed our chance, until AI changed everything. We knew we’d regret it forever if we didn’t build something in this moment.

So we left big tech and Ivy League schools to take this leap.
